Welcome to Ladehjem . This cancellation and refund policy describes the terms and conditions that apply to cancellation of our services and any refunds.

Ladehjem does not offer sales of products via the online store . All our services are delivered after individual assessment and a tailored offer. This policy applies to the installation of electric car chargers, service, maintenance and other services we offer.

1. Ordering services

All assignments are only carried out after the customer has:

• Submitted an inquiry or requested a quote.
• Received a written offer from Ladehjem.
• Accepted the offer.

No binding agreement is entered into until the offer is accepted by both parties.

2. Cancellation before work starts

You can cancel an ordered service free of charge if the work has not begun and no materials have been ordered specifically for the project.

We ask that cancellations be made as early as possible by contacting us via phone or email.

3. Cancellation after scheduled start

If the installation or service is cancelled after the work has been planned or commenced, Ladehjem may demand payment for:

• Work that has already been done.
• Materials ordered specifically for the project.
• Any documented costs that have arisen as a result of the cancellation.

Such costs will always be documented and specified.

4. Change of agreed time

If you wish to change the date or time of an agreed installation or service, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to find a new time that suits both parties.

5. Refunds

Any refunds are considered individually.

Refund may be applicable if:

• The customer has paid for a service that has not been delivered.
• The assignment is canceled by Ladehjem before the work starts.
• There is another written agreement between the parties.

Refunds are normally processed within 7-14 business days after the case is approved.
